Giuseppina MacKay

Pina Mackay passed away, in the comfort of her own home, the morning of December 17, 2019, -after a courageous 4 year battle with brain cancer.
Pina spent her last few days surrounded by loving family, friends, and her loyal pets. She is survived by her loving husband Rob of 40 years, her son Sean (Chantal), her daughters Ann-Marie (Cliff) Truman, Erin (Daniel) Burnell; and, her “precious granddaughters” Sophia Burrell and Cali-Pressly Trueman. Pina also leaves behind sisters Liz Fox (Mickey), Katie Sangiuliano (Tony), and Toni Sangiuliano (Dominic); along with numerous nieces and nephews, whom she adored. She was pre-deceased by her parents Anna Maria and Vincenzo Sgro.

A visitation will be held Sunday December 22nd 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the Willow Room of St. John’s Dixie- 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario L4Y 2B5.      

A Memorial Service will be held in the Magnolia Room at St. John’s Dixie at 1:00pm on Monday, December 23rd 2019 with a reception to follow.
